Clients must have Spanish-speaking staff to convert leads we deliver. You are responsible for responding to leads and following up in a timely manner.

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, we do not guarantee case signings or specific revenue outcomes. Marketing results vary based on many factors, including market conditions and client responsiveness.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Abogados NOW website—including logos, graphics, videos, and written content—is the property of Abogados NOW or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without our written consent.
7. Payment and Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your written service agreement. Services will be billed per the terms agreed upon during onboarding.
8. Disclaimers
We do not offer legal services. Our role is strictly limited to marketing and lead generation. Your law firm is solely responsible for ensuring all marketing use complies with your local Bar rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
Abogados NOW is not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from lost leads or failed conversions.
- Third-party service outages (e.g., ad platforms, hosting).
- Actions taken based on content or data from our website.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, particularly for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
